Office
How long is an appointment?
Appointment times vary
based on individual need. Usually
a first-time appointment may take
between one and a half to two
hours. The first follow-up, when
we review any lab results and
monitor the beginning of treatment,
lasts about an hour. As a general
rule, later follow-ups take 30-45
minutes.
Do
you offer same-day appointments?
Yes, for emergencies.
What
should I do if I can't make my
appointment?
Call 419.882.6784 and
inform the staff as soon as possible.
If you are running late, you may
have to reschedule the appointment
for a later time.
When
should I schedule a follow-up
appointment?
Because of the busy nature
of our practice, it's best to
make a follow-up appointment at
the end of each appointment with
the doctor. Generally, follow-ups
are available in 4-8 weeks.
Can
I email the doctor between appoinments?
Due to the complexity
of medical issues, we do not answer
medical questions by email. We
feel it is best to contact our
office by phone.
Do
you bill insurance?
Yes.
What
are your payment methods?
Cash, check, credit card
or insurance.
What
laboratory tests do you require?
Normally none prior to
the initial consultation. We take
an individualized approach to
treatment and can't know what
you will need, if any, until we
have seen you. If laboratory tests
are recommended, keep in mind
that charges for lab tests vary
and some may not be covered under
your insutance. Dr. Jabaly will
recommend to you which tests are
absolutely necessary.
Do
you see out of state patients?
Yes, you do not need
to be a resident of Northwest
Ohio.
